Professor Paul Teng gave the opening presentation at an APEC High Level Policy Dialogue on Agricultural Biotechnology (HLPDAB) held 18-19 September 2008 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore. The Dialogue was organized by the HLPDAB Secretariat hosted by the U.S.A, and attended by representatives from APEC economies interested to commercialize crop biotechnology. Prof Teng spoke on "The Agricultural Biotechnology Landscape: Defining the ecosystem".
