Visa and Entry Requirements

If you require a Letter of Introduction (LOI), please indicate so when registering for the conference. You are advised to register early to allow time for processing.

Sightseeing Tours

Conference Welcome Dinner
The Welcome Dinner will be held in the evening of Day 2 of the conference (Wednesday, 25 November 2009), and is free for all registered participants. The dinner venue is conveniently located within the conference site, at the picturesque Rainforest Cafe. Besides being a time to take a break form the intensive conference programme to relax, this gathering presents a valuable opportunity to network with peers and new acquaintances.
